Three-dimensional single framework multicomponent lattice Boltzmann equation method for vesicle hydrodynamics

چکیده
We develop a three-dimensional immersed boundary chromodynamic multicomponent lattice Boltzmann method capable of simulating vesicles, such as erythrocytes. The presented is encapsulated in single framework, where the application force automatically adaptive interfacial region results correct vesicle behavior. also set down methodology for computing principal curvatures surface three-dimensional, physical space which defined solely terms its normal vectors. benefits model are transparent methodology, stability at high levels deformation, automatic-adaptive interface, and potential simulation many demonstrate utility by examining steady-state properties, well dynamical behavior within shear flow. highlighted through handling deformations, interaction with another vesicle.
